A Shared Commitment

For the past two decades, the leaders of Radix have spent their adult lives defending the Constitution of the United States. They chose that path out of a deep belief in the American dream, in the defense of the American people, and in leaving the next generation of Americans better off for the sacrifices made on its behalf.

Radix extends that commitment beyond military service. Its owners bring their institutional knowledge, leadership experience, and perspective to the technical debt that has accumulated in technology implementation, logistics, and accounting and finance. Experience across business, the federal government, and the military gives Radix the multidimensional view these problems require, both those facing the American people today and those still ahead.

We believe in Capabilities over strength in numbers

Our time in the Marine Corps taught us that headcount does not always equate to strength. Capability is the only ingredient that matters when accomplishing a mission, and it is one of the underlying principles behind the effectiveness of the special operations units of the United States military.

We operate under that philosophy because every individual assigned to an engagement should have the expertise to accomplish the mission alone. Our team works within defined boundaries and has the judgment to complete work through decentralized decision making. That reduces overhead cost and shortens delivery time.

It is also what separates Radix from a contracting model that locates strength in collective deliberation. Fewer people between a decision and an action produces faster outcomes.

Radix carries no overhead personnel. Every member of the team works across multiple domains, understands the mission, and can adapt when they encounter variables that affect the timeline.

Setting the Conditions for Success

We do not wait for favorable conditions. We set them before the contract is awarded.

Radix arrives pre-decision, ready to demonstrate a solution that is more than 75 percent complete for any system or application we bid. An engagement normally opens with learning the business processes, hiring staff, and deciding where to start. Radix has done that work before the solicitation closes.

That head start is not luck. It is the result of building on institutional knowledge ahead of award, so an engagement opens at execution rather than at discovery.

Because the work starts further along, it costs less at the outset. Radix bids a lower base year than competing proposals and ties its upside to results: a negotiated percentage of every dollar saved in operational cost, reduced audit findings, improved transparency, and measurable efficiency gains.

We are willing to be measured on it. If the savings do not materialize, the incentive is not earned, and the agency pays only for results.
