About

Origin Story

Federal programs move fastest when the people supporting them already understand the environment they are entering. Time spent learning a system is time that is not spent improving it, and it shows up as longer schedules, larger teams, and solutions that address symptoms instead of root causes.

Radix Government Solutions was founded by veteran operators who spent their careers inside the systems, processes, and agencies that government contractors are hired to support. They built Radix on a single premise: every person on the team must already possess the institutional knowledge to execute, with no learning curve, no ramp-up period, no wasted time.

The reason Radix exists goes beyond the contracting model. It exists because the cost of inefficiency at the federal level is not only wasted time. It is borrowed money.

Founding Principle

"Every person on our team can execute the mission alone."

The Manifesto

"Radix Government Solutions is a catalyst for change, built to change narratives for government agencies by providing capabilities where they do not exist. Those with the WILL show up every day prepared to solve what others have walked away from. Our Experts carry a chip on their shoulder, fueled by the WILL and a relentless pursuit of better. Because others have failed does not mean it is impossible. Our Experts have the WILL, the capability, and are always prepared to deliver for the agencies that are ready."

We have the KNOWLEDGE. We have the WILL. We have the CAPABILITY.

That is the speed to win.

Mission & Vision

Mission

To deliver expert-driven solutions to government agencies by eliminating the learning curve, compressing delivery timelines, and ensuring every engagement is executed by professionals who understand the mission, the systems, and the stakes, because they have lived them.

Vision

To be the standard by which government agencies measure contractor capability, not by the size of our teams, but by the speed, precision, and depth of expertise we bring to every mission.

The Bigger Mission

Every Dollar of Waste Is a Dollar Borrowed

The United States borrows in excess of its GDP to fund government operations. Every dollar spent on inefficient business processes, inaccurate transactions, manual workarounds, and unresolved audit findings is a dollar that contributes to that borrowing, and to the interest expense that comes with it.

Our goal is to help agencies reduce their portion of that interest expense. We believe that the speed to implement solutions that increase the accuracy of transactions, the reduction of systemic bottlenecks, and the remediation of legacy manual business processes can reduce operational spending at the agency level, and ultimately reduce the borrowing that exceeds the nation’s GDP.

This is not theoretical. Every agency has appropriated funds. Every appropriation carries a share of the national interest expense. And every improvement in how those funds are managed reduces the cost the taxpayer bears.

What if your agency could have reduced that number?

$1.22 trillion in interest expense paid by taxpayers (FY2025).

Last year the U.S. paid $139M+ every hour in interest on the national debt. Based on your agency’s FY2025 cash outlays, see how much of that hourly figure could have been reduced if transactions were more accurate and operations moved faster. Every dollar an agency saves is a dollar the taxpayer does not have to borrow.

Core Values

Five principles that govern every engagement, every decision, and every team member.

Expertise Over Headcount

We measure strength by capability, not by the number of people in the room. Every team member is selected for what they know and what they can do.

Ownership of Outcome

We accept full accountability for what we deliver. No subcontractors, no intermediaries, no diffusion of responsibility.

Compressed Execution

Delay costs the nation. We structure everything, our teams, our plans, our contingencies, to deliver ahead of schedule.

Institutional Knowledge

We do not bill for a learning curve. We bring the understanding that allows us to execute from day one.

Always Moving

We do not stop to debate whether something is possible. We determine how it will be accomplished, and we move.
